Shipping & Delivery Policy
Your order will be shipped free of charge to your door by standard surface courier. No other form of shipping is offered. We do not ship outside India.
It typically takes one to two business days to process your order after your payment is received. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation to you, including tracking number(s) if provided by the shipper.
The usual delivery time is between 7-14 days of dispatch, except for states such as Haryana, West Bengal and others where a transport permit and/or waybill may be required for shipping. Providing the permit and/or waybill (if applicable) will be the purchaser's responsibility.
If the shipper provides Track & Trace functionality then this information will be e-mailed to you.
If your order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will leave information of their visit, including a number to call. They will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed time. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of Order). We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. We are proud to use EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy
Refund of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
If the product delivery takes more time than promised, then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
A customer can ask for a refund if the quality of product received is not as per the standards mentioned and we are not able to replace the product within 14 working days.

Replacement Policy
Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case if any product defect coming up within the 1st month of invoice date then the product may be replaced basis the nature of the problem, however if the defect is minor then the product will be sent for repair. Any product defect notified after 30 days of invoice will not be eligible for a replacement. A product will not be replaced if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Installation Policy
As we do not sell any package, we do not provide installation service for the products purchased from the site. The individual products purchase may not or may be clubbed/paired with other brand products hence installation service is not being offered to the customers. Alternatively, the installation service may be offered at an additional cost on customers’ requests but at certain locations only.
To book an installation service please call our toll free number 1800-229-291 from Monday to Friday (9am to 7pm), except for national holidays. Please allow upto 48 hrs (or 2 working days) of time from the time the service request is booked.
The service engineer will set-up the system and will also give the demo of the product.
